Outfit details: Neiman Marcus sweater, H&M skirt, Stuart Weitzman boots (similar here), Stella McCartney bag, Chanel necklace
Some days comfort wins out over style. But some things in my wardrobe fit both bills. For me a knit skirt is great for this. I have a couple favorites (here and here) so when I found this inexpensive one at H&M I snapped it right up.

Love your blog, I found it last night. It's very refreshing to see grownup sophistication done the right way. I also have a great knit skirt from H&M; it always fits regardless of my weight fluctuations.
This is a sweater skirt? Fab! I love the graphic print, and hey, sweater=comfy, which is seriously on my mind as I watch the snow fall :) Looking great, lady!
