New Line - Persifor

Shopping Several weeks back I was invited to have a look at Alexandra Thompson's new line Persifor. Alexandra is a design alum to Lilly Pullitzer and J Crew and you can see some of this pedigree in her own preppy chic designs.

One of the hallmarks of Persifor is its fun and flirty prints. But make no mistake, these are not just any prints. Alexandra takes her cue from artists who inspire her and this matador printed skirt is a collaboration with artist Happy Menocal. Never one to shy away from color or prints, I was of course drawn to the bright colors and whimsy. Persifor has a line of easily wearable skirts and dresses that while form fitting, skim the body nicely.

I was also quite fond of some of the accessories, particulary the metallic cork tote and clutch. The tote can easily go from a commuter bag to a beach weekend. I'm thinking the cork tote will be perfect for my annual Nantucket trip next summer. What do you think?
You can find Persifor's designs online here.

I rarely wear prints but that matador skirt is such a unique design - did you get it Lissy?
